Meet the Founder

Ryen Brumbeloe is the founder of Waymark Strategy Partners and a customer experience and operations leader with more than 20 years of executive experience across healthcare systems and healthcare technology organizations.

She has built and scaled customer success organizations, launched new services, and designed operating models that help companies deliver consistent value to their customers while driving measurable business outcomes.

Earlier in her career, Ryen held leadership roles within a large integrated health system, where she developed a deep understanding of the operational complexity, stakeholder alignment, and service delivery challenges that organizations face as they grow.

Having spent decades inside organizations responsible for delivering results not just advising them Ryen brings a practical perspective to the work. She founded Waymark Strategy Partners to help organizations turn customer experience into a strategic advantage by aligning teams, processes, and systems around the full customer lifecycle.
